Updated Status at the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Showroom, 4/29/20
DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is now scheduling appointments in our kitchen and bath showroom.
We take this step very carefully and continue to modify each step of each interaction with others to ensure the safety of everyone is considered. As we mentioned in our prior post, the remodeling industry is considered an essential business. For the past month, our team has worked from home and we have done our best to continue designing and planning for kitchen and bathroom remodels with our clients. Zoom meetings is our new friend, Facetime has been a useful tool, and most recently, Zoom webinars has been added to our new list of tools. We believe these virtual options are incredibly valuable and will continue to be the best mode of interaction for many people (ex. those with suppressed immune systems or perhaps even for folks who live out of town) so all in all, we are fortunate to have expanded the ways that we can be available to our clients.
Although we have not opened our showroom to walk-in traffic, we are allowing designers to schedule private appointments with those interested in understanding design and remodeling possibilities for their home. Rest assured, they are just as excited as you are to get back in the rhythm of doing what they love to do. All CDC recommendations and precautions are being adhered to, and all team members have been trained regarding in person meeting procedures. In addition, only half of our office staff will be working onsite while the other half will continue to work from home. We hope these measures help you to make the best decision for you and your family as to how you would like to interact with our team.
So in summary... we always loved our showroom space, but we are even more in love with the spaciousness of the showroom now! Our 2500 s.f. design center means that carefully scheduled meetings allow for social distancing very easily. Add to that our buffet selection of face masks, hand sanitizers and Clorox wipes and I think we have a great recipe for great conversations - Covid-style.
