Single Most Favorite from KBIS 2016

So let's start by saying that KBIS is a pretty big event. It is so big that it can only be hosted in just a couple of venues, the Las Vegas Convention Center being one of them.

We were thinking recently how it wasn't that long ago that consumers might ask companies that they were considering to use if they could have a list of references of clients they had done prior work for. It is a valid approach to get to know a company and the type of experience that others have had with that company. In all honesty, it used to be the only way to get this information. The obvious problem is that this "list" can be a very select list of very pleased clients that had the most amazing experience and that doesn't exactly reflect the imperfect nature of businesses.
